Lindsey riding in big-girl stroller
Lindsey has been a bit jealous lately because her two 3 month old friends from Stroller Strides get to ride in big-girl strollers and her Mom still makes her ride in the car seat attachment...so we decided to try it out. She looks so grown up sitting in the stroller and I think she liked it pretty well, but we're still going to use the infant seat for class so she'll be more secure and have 180 sun protection. (And someday she'll be the only kid in the neighborhood (besides Parker) to wear helmet, elbow pads, knee pads and leather gloves while riding her bike.)

Time for some fall soccer!!!
Finally! Fall soccer season began 3 weeks ago. I've been negligent in posting to blog - first week forgot the camera and second week (pics below) remembered camera, took pictures , removed memory card, inserted into card reader and LOST it! Happy ending - found it and here are pictures. Parker played an awesome game scoring several goals and not allowing any opposition goals while he was goalie. If you notice that his shirt is inside-out, it's not some new punk-kid trend, both teams showed up with the same jersey .

Lindsey is 4 months old
Lindsey had her 4 month doctor appt. and shots today. She weighed in at 16 lb 9 oz and was 25 1/2 inches long. (I told somebody she was 18 lbs, can't remember who...sorry! She's growing fast enough without me inflating her stats.) This time around her weight AND height are in the 95 percentile. She's a bit fussy from her shots, but hopefully will recover quickly. We got to get matching tweety bird band-aids because I got my flu shot at the same time.
We've had a fun month - lots of playing, smiling, laughing, making ah and ee sounds, grasping at toys and putting everything in her mouth, going to Stroller Strides classes, staring at new friends at playgroup, excitedly watching for Parker to come home on the big yellow school bus and listening for Daddy to come home on the noise disturbance (Harley).
