Lindsey is 6 months old

I can't believe how fast the time has gone and now our baby is 6 months old! It's been a fun and busy month with baby LRae. "Scooting" has turned into a solider crawl that takes her anywhere she wants to go and she's picking up speed daily (baby proofing has begun - gates, outlet covers, wall anchors, blind cord shorteners, cabinet locks, toilet locks, door knob covers, etc. You name it we have it, thanks to Babies R Us!). She's now sitting unassisted for longer periods of time. She's making lots more sounds, stringing them together and waving her arms and making facial expressions as she does it - just like she is trying to talk to us. She said dada for the first time this week. Glenn captured the moment in an audio file (on the ever-present blackberry), but I haven't yet figured out how to upload it on blogger. In the past couple weeks, she's been hit with some stranger anxiety but only when someone tries to hold her. She loves to meet new people and has smiles to go around!
