Hurricane Ike and Lindsey kisses

We decided to ride out Hurricane Ike in Austin TX.  This was actually our first time to visit Austin.  Austin is the capital of Texas.  We got to see the capital building, governor's mansion and University of TX.  Parker spent most of his time playing webkinz with Allison via computer and phone.  Lindsey played peek a boo in the closet and "hellooo" on the hotel phone.  We also got some fun pictures of Lindsey giving each of us kisses.  We only had minor damage from the hurricane and got power back very quickly.  Here's a few shots from our Austin visit (check out the last one of our blown TV...the little one on the stand says "IKE's impact"...neat coincidence) -
