November highlights

November....1 year in Budapest! We celebrated by splurging on some cookie and brownie mixes to make and share with folks at work. Hard to believe it's been a year already. Highlights from this month -

Parker

• sick with flu
• birthday preparations and celebrations
  
• new books from US courtesy of work friend
  
• boy scout activities - hikes
• very pleased that Lindsey can now say "I love you, best brother in the whole world" and he thinks he's very clever to respond "I love you too and maybe someday you'll learn to be the best sister in the whole world".

Lindsey

• nose-y problems - any time she has so much as a sniffle she pitifully tells whomever is near that she has "nose-y problems" and needs a tissue.
  
• loving new bright pink snow suit
  
• starting to wear tights and skirts/dresses again after a couple months of blue jeans
  
• painting, cutting, stamping and gluing. Redecorating the house for Christmas.
  
• starting to enjoy reading books. Some nights she will insist to have one of my books and prop it open as if she's reading while going to sleep.
