This is a close-up of the baby's face. She is lying on her back with head turned toward camera. You can see her face outline, eyes, nose and mouth really clearly. It looks like she is resting head on a pillow - that's the placenta. :)
This is another shot of the baby's face from a different angle and shows more of her neck, chest and arms.
